For Teens

NG16 Square

If you are a teenager, we believe in you and what you can do in the life that is ahead of you.

We believe that despite the pressure of others, you can make decsisions that will make your life better.  We believe that God has a purpose for you and that your life has incredible meaning and value.  We believe that you can live a life free from the effects of bullying, free of fear, free of empty and hollow activities, free of meaningless sex, free of having to resort to drugs and alcohol to numb the pain or feel any level of excitment. We believe that you can have great life free of all that other stuff.  In your life you can have great friendships, a sense of inclusion and acceptance, a sense of identity, a purpose in life, and an experience of unconditional love. We believe that this type of life is found through Jesus.

This is what it means to be part of the "Next Gen" - to be a part of the next generation that embraces the life and adventure that Jesus offers us. To help you have this type of experience, we have a number of great activities that can set you on the path for a great life ahead.

Friday Night Youth

On Friday nights our Next Gen Team runs an awesome program for all high school aged youth.  Each week there is plenty of time to play sports and fun games, connect with other people, share some food and have an opportunity to consider the different way and different life that Jesus offers everyone. These nights run from 7pm-8:30pm during school terms and cost is $3 per person.

Next Steps

Every week straight after we finish our Friday Night Youth program, we run a half hour small group Bible study experience called Next Steps. This program helps teens to consider how they can take their next step in faith, and runs from 8:30pm - 9pm each week. There is no cost for this program!
